Report Writing

This week we have been focusing for our writing on "Report Writing".

The class were shown how to make a pyramid outline first.

They had to read a book then write as many facts as they could. Once they are happy with the facts they have they then have to group the facts. Once grouped then  give each group of facts a name, label them.










Once completed they then use the pyramid outline to write their report.
It is a good and easy way to get started.

The children enjoyed cutting up their facts. Once finished the children will also put on their blogs
